Prep 2025 Parent Information Evening

Hear details about our pedagogical approach to teaching Literacy, Numeracy and Jewish Studies, and how children are guided in taking their next steps on the learning continuum from Senior Kinder to Prep. We will also provide an outline of the daily structure in Prep & the orientation process for your children, including our buddies program!

Year 7 2025 Open Day

We are excited to offer our Year 7 Experience Day for all of our internal and any external families. Your children will meet staff and students in the secondary school and orient themselves with the spaces, places and faces in Secondary, as well as get to know their potential cohort for 2025.

Prep 2025 Open Morning

We are delighted to invite all new & prospective Prep 2025 students to our first open morning. Your child will join our current Yavneh Senior Kinder students as they visit Yavneh Primary for the first time and together, they will spend the morning getting to know their potential 2025 cohort, as well as participate in a variety of activities with our current 2024 Preps & Prep teachers.

Our second Year 7 2025 Open Day is coming up on Thursday 7 November at our Elsternwick Campus. This is the final open day for our current and prospective 2025 Year 7 Students. Your child, along with their potential 2025 Cohort will meet staff & students in the secondary school and orient themselves with the spaces, faces and places in Secondary.

Prep 2025 Nuts & Bolts Parent Evening

Parents of incoming 2025 Prep Students will be introduced to the 'nuts and bolts' of our Prep program and what to expect from their very first year of formal schooling.

School Endorsed Events

A School endorsed program is an event or activity that takes place outside of school hours and school premises and for which the College takes no responsibility of liability, but is nonetheless endorsed by the College.

Endorsement of the event means that the event will be advertised and publicised in Kesher, on our social media channels and at school assemblies with students encouraged to attend.

For school endorsed events:

  • Parents are responsible for travel to and from the event
  • There is no official staff supervision at the event
  • The College will not organise for there to be any first aid equipment at the event.
  • All College staff who attend the event will be act within the guidelines of our staff code of conduct.
